85, of Dennis Port formerly of Natick. Entered Eternal Rest on October 28, 2016, surrounded in love by her family. Arlene worked side by side her husband for many years in the clothing industry. She also worked as a receptionist at the New England Apparel Club Trade Shows, as well as part time at the John F. Kennedy Museum in Hyannis, MA. Arlene was the devoted wife of 64 years t0 Jack Crane. Together they raised four children. Arlene was the beloved mother of Judy Mann & her husband Marty, Michael Crane & his wife Lisa, Stuart Crane & his wife Lesley and Jeff Crane & his companion Laura. Cherished Nana to Tracey, Craig & Meghan, Ian, Drew, Travis, Shawn, Curtis, Coleman, Noah and Matthew. Proud Gigi of Noa, Piper and Harrison. Dear sister of Steven Shapiro. Services at Cape Cod Synagogue 145 Winter St. Hyannis on Tuesday November 1 at 12 Noon. Interment in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Condolence calls may be made at the home of Judy and Marty Mann on Wednesday 3-8PM. A minyan will be held at 7PM. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Beth Israel–Deaconess Medical Center Oncology Department 330 Brookline Avenue Boston, MA 02215, in appreciation of their loving care to Arlene; or the charity of one’s choice.
