Obituary for William Goldberg

GOLDBERG, William 87, of Lynn, formerly of Swampscott and Cambridge, passed away on November 21, 2016. Devoted husband of Harriett (Rafkin); beloved father of Wendy Goldberg, Debra Goldberg, Allison Goldberg & Ted Stux, and Andrew & Alyssa Goldberg; adored grandfather of Ash Goldberg, Julian & Chloe Stux, Finn, Brody, Ava & Shane Goldberg; and the much-loved twin brother of Bernard & Judy Goldberg, the late Agnes Goldberg and the late Bernyce Neitlich. Born and raised in Cambridge, MA, Bill graduated from Cambridge Latin, Harvard College class of 1950 and Boston University School of Law class of 1953, and practiced law with his brother in Central Square, Cambridge for over 60 years. Services at Temple Emanu-El 393 Atlantic Avenue, Marblehead on Wednesday November 23 at 11:00 AM and interment at Temple Emanu-El Memorial Park, Danvers. A memorial will be held following the interment at Kernwood Country Club, Salem, continuing at his late residence Wednesday from 5-8 PM and Friday from 12-4 PM. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Bill's memory may be sent to Care Dimensions 75 Sylvan St. Danvers, MA 01923 or Massachusetts General Hospital Cardiac Care 125 Nashua Street Boston 02114.
