Condolence: Norman Rosenfield and his wife Leslie were great friends of my parents, Shep and Elaine Simons, during their Swampscott years. Norman was a strong and compassionate man. He built a notable business, raised a wonderful family, and led Jewish philanthopic endeavors on the North Shore, including support for Israel. Norman was also an enthusiastic golfer and bridge player. A World War II veteran, he was part of the Greatest Generation that exemplified the American Dream.
