GARRETT, Shirley L. (Cutler) 96, of Emerald Isle, NC, formerly of Manchester, NH & Malden entered eternal rest May 10, 2018. Devoted wife of the late Murray Garrett. Beloved mother of Dr. Lee & Charlene Garrett and Dr. Owen & Shirley Garrett. Adored grandmother of Joshua, Melinda, Jacob, Jillian, Justin, and great grandmother of Cole, Audrey, and Robbie. Dear sister of the late Carl “Sonny” Cutler. Services at Chevra Mishna Cemetery 30 Moray St (off Cavour St), Lynn on Wednesday May 16 at 12 Noon. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Manchester Animal Shelter 490 Dunbarton Road Manchester, NH 03102.
