Condolence: I just heard about Ben's death. It's a shock to me. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends. I did not know him well, only professionally. I had several cases with him over the years. He was open, knowledgeable and very generous with his time with other lawyers. An incisive interrogator but very much the gentleman. He will be greatly missed.
