Dear Harvey and family,
My sincerest condolences on your loss. Honey was a very special person and she will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.
Unfortunately, a scheduling conflict precludes our paying a shiva call on Sunday. Please let me know if you'll be available later in the week. I would really like to spend time with you and express my condolences in person.
