Obituary for Jay Howard Grohman
Jay Howard Grohman, 78, of Marlboro, MA Entered into Eternal Rest on August 13, 2022.
Jay was born in Lynn, MA, loving son of the late Max & Helen Grohman. Jay graduated from Essex County Agricultural and Technical Institute majoring in landscape architecture and business administration. He graduated from Stockbridge School of Agriculture (University of MA) in 1965.
He served in the Army National Guard during the Vietnam era. He had a career as a Credit Manager for Merrill, Lynch, Advest and Fidelity Investments.
Jay was an avid sports fan and would enjoy going to Red Sox games and Boston Bruins games with his brother and spend his Sundays watching football.
He is survived by his dear brother Donald Grohman and his partner Catherine Parente of Rhode Island.
A graveside service will be held at Maple Hill Cemetery, 98 Canterbury Drive, Peabody, MA on Thursday August 25 at 1:00 PM.
