Obituary for Joan Rosen (Pickard)
Joan Rosen of Natick passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 82.
Cherished daughter of the late Judith (Ansel) and Oscar Pickard of Malden. Loving mother of Roberta Aitelli and her husband Douglas of Trophy Club, TX, and Alan Rosen and his wife Martha Soto of West Roxbury, MA. Adored grammy of Nikki and her husband Macaull Jackson of Dallas, TX, and Andrew Aitelli of Dallas, TX. Dear sister of Bernard Pickard and his late wife Barbara Lee of Peabody, MA, and the late Leon Pickard. Also survived by many devoted nieces, nephews, and friends.
Services will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 11:00 am at Goldman Funeral Chapel, 174 Ferry St, Malden, followed by burial at Agudas Achim Cemetery in Melrose.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Nouvelle Natick, 2:00-4:30 pm following the funeral. Shiva will be observed on April 3 and 4, during the times of 9:00-11:00 am and 5:00-7:00 pm at 10 Nouvelle Way, Apt S906 [south tower], Natick.
