Obituary for Michael Goldman
Michael Goldman, 77, of Lynn, entered eternal rest on February 21, 2021.
Michael was born and raised in Quincy and was a graduate of Quincy High School. After high school he joined the Army serving honorably during the Vietnam era. He began taking accounting and business classes, starting a career in accounting. He first worked at State Street Bank, then at Holy Ghost Hospital in Cambridge, later becoming Youville Hospital. He worked at Youville Hospital for 27 years before retiring. After retirement, he worked part time at Ames Department Store. However, after the store closed, he began volunteering at No. Shore Community College as a tutor, he quickly advanced to a professional tutor in math and accounting, which he did for 17 years. He also had a great sense of humor and loved joking around.
He was the devoted husband of Eunice (Perlman) Goldman; beloved father of Marc Goldman; dear brother of Sumner & his wife Marjie Goldman; adored uncle of 2 nieces Gail & Heidi and 2 grandnieces & a grandnephew.
