Myron E. “Ronnie” Lappin, 89, of Marblehead. Entered Eternal Rest January 8, 2022. Born in Malden, he went to Malden High School then graduated from Cushing Academy, UMass Amherst, served in the US Army, and owned & operated Lappin Brothers Inc. He was an avid bike rider and first tracks downhill skier at Loon Mountain.
Devoted husband of the late Sandra (Hurst) Lappin. Beloved father of Margie & her husband Jed Cantor, Steven & his wife Kerrianne Lappin, and Sheryl & her husband Eric Levy. Cherished grandfather of Ross & Kara Cantor, Reed & Brittney Cantor, Joshua & Rebecca Levy, Justin, Brandon and Lexi Lappin. Proud great grandfather of Welles, Harris and Louis Cantor. Dear brother of the late Mason & Shirley Lappin and brother-in-law of Phyllis & Gerald Dinerman.
Services will be held at Temple Sinai 1 Community Road, Marblehead on Tuesday, January 11 at 12 Noon. Interment will follow at the Lebanon Tiferet Shalom Cemetery on Route 128N between Route 114 and Endicott St. Exits in Peabody. Memorial week will be private. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be donated to the Alzheimer’s Foundation 309 Waverly Oaks Rd Waltham, MA 02452 or Temple Sinai 1 Community Rd Marblehead, MA 01945. ALL PERSONS ATTENDING SERVICES AND INTERMENT MUST PRESENT THEIR COVID PASSPORT RECORD and WEAR MASKS.
