Obituary for Richard Channing Grosky
Richard C. Grosky 69, of Merrimack, NH entered eternal rest unexpectedly on February 9, 2019. Raised in Randolph, MA, Richard has lived in Merrimack for the past 43 years. He was a plastics engineer in Merrimack and a member of the New Hampshire Street Rod Association, Plastics Association, and the Aleppo Temple.
He was the devoted husband of Marlene (Braverman) Grosky. Dear son of the late Ruth and Melvin Grosky. He was the beloved father of Michael Grosky, Randi Beals & her husband Kevin, Jill Purdy & her husband Will; adored grandfather of Caleb, Ava, & Ryan Beals, and Kinsley Purdy; dear brother of Ilene Colwill, and adored uncle of several nieces and nephews.
Richard was an amazing man. He enjoyed learning new things and on most weekends, he could usually be found working on his street-rods, whether it was building or re-building them. His zest for life touched those around him, and he was always willing to lend a helping hand. However, his greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Services at the Schlossberg Memorial Chapel 824 Washington Street, Canton, Massachusetts on Friday February 15 at 10:00 AM. Interment at Sharon Memorial Park.
