Obituary for Ronald Henry Rainer
Ronald H. Rainer, 89, of Marblehead, formerly of Swampscott, entered eternal rest on
June 9, 2022.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Ron has lived in Marblehead and Swampscott for the past 65
years. Ron had a long career as an attorney & entrepreneur, partnering with his children
in a variety of business ventures. Ron was a founding parent of the Northeast Arc, over
60 years ago. He has been a benefactor and volunteer there, ever since.
Ron was the loving husband of the late Carol (Bell) Rainer, beloved father of Lisa
Rainer, Robert & Noelle Rainer, and Julie & James Cummings; cherished grandfather of
Jacob, Laura, Sara, & Brendan Rainer and Lily Cummings.
Services at the Shirat Hayam (Temple Israel Section) Cemetery 506 Lowell St, Peabody on Tuesday June 14 at 12:00 Noon. A meal of consolation will follow the interment at the Northeast Arc Black Box Theatre 22 Foster Street, Peabody.
