87 of Marblehead. Entered Eternal Rest December 24, 2021. Sandy was a proud graduate of Lynn Classical High School and University of Mass Amherst. She was a former substitute and special education teacher in Marblehead and she loved to walk the “Neck” and read a good book or magazine on the beach. Devoted wife of Myron Lappin. Beloved mother of Margie & her husband Jed Cantor, Sheryl & her husband Eric Levy and Steven & his wife Kerrianne Lappin. Cherished grandmother of Ross & Kara Cantor, Reed & Britney Cantor, Joshua & Rebecca Levy, Justin, Brandon and Lexi Lappin. Proud great grandmother of Welles, Harris and Louis Cantor. Dear sister of Phyllis & Gerald Dinerman and the late Mason & Shirley Lappin. Services will be held at Temple Sinai 1 Community Road Marblehead on Monday December 27 at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Lebanon Tiferet Shalom Cemetery on Route 128N between Route 114 and Endicott St. Exits in Peabody. Memorial week will be private. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be donated to the Alzheimer’s Foundation 309 Waverly Oaks Rd Waltham, MA 02452 or Temple Sinai 1 Community Rd Marblehead, MA 01945. ALL PERSONS ATTENDING SERVICES AND INTERMENT MUST PRESENT THEIR COVID PASSPORT RECORD and WEAR MASKS
