I was saddened to learn of Joe's passing. I learned s great deal from him as a young attorney at Segal Prager & Wishnow. Joe had a lively sense of humor and when things got tense between Joe and the other partners or the practice of law became too demanding, he sold rattle off a Yiddish expression that was guaranteed to crack me up.
