Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ellen Katz can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

74, of Peabody. Entered Eternal Rest on November 27, 2016. Devoted wife of Martin Katz. Beloved mother of Michael & Sharon Katz, Jeffrey & Amy Katz and Kenneth Katz & Serena Burman. Cherished grandmother of Cooper, Georgia, Mira, Eli, Tatum and Scout. Dear sister of Nancy & Malcolm Gulden, Julie & Terry Gross and the late Pamela Hartstone. Services at Temple Tiferet Shalom 489 Lowell St. PEABODY on Wednesday November 30 at 12:30PM. Interment in Danvers. Condolence calls may be made at her late residence following the interment until 8PM and on Thursday 2-8PM with minyans at 6:30PM. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to the Brian Silber Memorial Fund c/o Development office MGH 125 Nashua St. Suite 540 Boston, MA 02114.
